Champions Rewa concluded their Digicel Fiji Premier League season with a convincing 3-1 victory over Ba at the Fiji FA Academy Ground in Namosau. After a tightly contested first half that ended in a 1-1 draw, the Delta Tigers regrouped and showed a dominant performance in the second half.

Epeli Valevou netted the first goal for Rewa, while Penaia Nagatalevu scored for Ba. Asivorosi Rabo then put Rewa ahead shortly after the break. The match saw three red cards issued as Rewa Captain Setareki Hughes, Ba goalkeeper Misiwani Nairube, and Mitieli Naivro were all sent off for unsporting behavior. Tevita Waranaivalu sealed Ba’s fate with a confident penalty just before the final whistle.

In other matches on the same day, Nasinu triumphed over Nadroga with a score of 3-1, Lautoka defeated Tailevu Naitasiri 2-1, and Nadi emerged victorious against Suva 2-1. Additionally, just the day before, Navua managed to secure a narrow 1-0 win against Labasa.
