The Education Minister, Aseri Radrodro, introduced a new Learning Management System today during an event at the Holiday Inn in Suva. This initiative is designed to enhance accessibility, efficiency, and the use of technology in education, in line with the Coalition Government’s objective of creating a digitally empowered Fiji.
The newly launched system will feature live sessions and seamless integration with platforms like Zoom, which aims to provide students with flexible learning options. Radrodro emphasized that these modern tools are designed to meet the needs of the tech-savvy Generation Alpha, positioning The Smart Learning System (TSLS) as a frontrunner in educational innovation.
In addition to this launch, the minister urged educators to apply for scholarships by January 31, addressing the ongoing teacher shortages in critical disciplines. He praised TSLS for its ongoing commitment to advancing technology in education and for supporting the government’s vision of a digitally empowered Fiji.
