Ratu Navula College has advanced to the semifinals of the Vodafone Deans U18 competition, securing a hard-fought 16-10 victory over Mahatma Gandhi Memorial School during the quarterfinal match at HFC Bank Stadium in Suva this afternoon.
Mahatma Gandhi Memorial School started the match strong, dominating the first half and keeping Ratu Navula from establishing their momentum. They entered halftime with a 7-3 lead, appearing confident and in control of the game.
However, the tide turned in the closing moments as Ratu Navula mounted a comeback, ultimately taking the lead and securing their place in the semifinals.
