Former parliamentarian Simione Rasova is set to learn on September 6 whether he has a case to answer. He faces accusations of inaccurately declaring his permanent place of residence on parliamentary documents, which enabled him to unlawfully receive $21,350 in allowances from July 2019 to April 2020. Rasova appeared before Magistrate Pulekeria Low at the Suva Magistrate’s Court yesterday, where his bail was extended.
