Racing 92 Star Arrested: Shocking Domestic Violence Allegations Surface

Vinaya Habosi, a winger for Racing 92 and the Fiji national team, has reportedly been arrested following a violent incident involving his partner. The arrest occurred on Sunday evening at Habosi’s residence in Plessis-Robinson, Hauts-de-Seine, after an altercation fueled by alcohol.

Witnesses informed a French news outlet that the dispute escalated when Habosi reportedly pushed his wife, who was holding their baby at the time. Following this, it is alleged that he struck her multiple times in the back of the head after she fell to the ground. Fortunately, the infant was unharmed during the incident, and Habosi’s partner declined medical assistance, appearing to have no visible injuries.

Sources noted that Habosi appeared to be intoxicated and denied having pushed or hit his wife. The player had participated in Racing 92’s recent match against Clermont, contributing to their 33-20 victory.

In response to the allegations, Racing 92 issued a statement acknowledging the situation and indicating that they would refrain from further comments while awaiting more information from the relevant authorities. This incident is not Habosi’s first encounter with allegations of domestic abuse; he had previously faced similar accusations which led to the termination of his contract with the Fijian Drua before he joined the French club.
