Queensland entered the match after a strong showing, while the All Stars had just celebrated a convincing 4-0 win against Sigatoka the previous night. Despite the All Stars being the favorites, Queensland implemented a more effective game plan that proved successful.
Following this match, the champions now have 4 points from three games and are set to face Wellington tonight at 9:30 PM Fiji time. Meanwhile, Queensland will go up against Sigatoka.
