Prime Minister and Leader of the People’s Alliance Party, Sitiveni Rabuka, has acknowledged that some members of his party are considering the establishment of a new political party in preparation for the 2026 General Election. Rabuka expressed that they are entitled to pursue that option. In a statement shared on his Facebook page, he emphasized that the People’s Alliance Party remains robust, united, and dedicated to fulfilling its commitments to the Fijian people. He reassured supporters that the party’s focus remains unwavering and its mission ongoing.
