Police Vehicle Mishap: A Deeper Investigation Underway

Acting Police Commissioner Juki Fong Chew has initiated a comprehensive investigation into a police vehicle accident that occurred this morning in Saweni. Four officers were inside the vehicle en route to Lautoka when the driver reportedly lost control, resulting in the vehicle overturning. Chew emphasized that appropriate disciplinary measures will be implemented if the investigation reveals that the officers violated road laws or misused their authority while operating the police vehicle. The four officers are currently being monitored at the Lautoka Aspen Hospital.
