A man has been taken into police custody following an incident in which he allegedly threw stones at a police vehicle along Ratu Mara Road in Nabua last night. The suspect was arrested after 9 PM by the Southern Division Task Force, which has also identified a second individual involved in the incident.
Commissioner of Police Rusiate Tudravu emphasized the seriousness of such actions against police officers, stating that they will not be tolerated as they hinder law enforcement’s capacity to serve the community efficiently.
