Team Coach Ratu Seremaia Tuinausori praised his players’ dedication during training, which he believes was essential to their success in the match. “All thanks goes to God for giving us the energy today to perform well. While the Army Wives dominated the first set, we remained focused, trusting in our months of training leading up to this game.”
Tuisawau also mentioned some obstacles they faced during their preparation. “One major challenge was the constant changes in our team due to adjustments made by management. Some players are also involved in Netball and Rugby Sevens, but we are grateful for the good heart and spirit of our remaining players,” she said.
