Colonel Eko Pur Indriyanto, the newly appointed Indonesian defence attaché to Fiji, recently paid a courtesy visit to Major-General Ro Jone Kalouniwai, the Commander of the Republic of Fiji Military Forces. This meeting took place on December 11, 2024, at the Strategic Headquarters located on Berkley Crescent. Upon his arrival, Colonel Indriyanto was honored with a quarter guard, signifying the importance of his new role.
Following this significant encounter, Colonel Indriyanto also met with Brigadier General Onisivoro Covunisaqa, the Commander of Land Forces, at the Queen Elizabeth Barracks in Nabua. This visit marks an important milestone for Colonel Indriyanto, as it is his first official engagement since taking on the position of Indonesian Defence Attaché to Fiji.
