Varun Karan has been appointed to lead Nadi for the remainder of the Digicel Premier League season as well as the upcoming Inter District Championship in Lautoka. This decision was confirmed by Nadi FA President Mohammed Mohin Rafiq, who noted that current coach Raj Dayal is still part of the team but is temporarily abroad. “Raj Dayal has gone out of the country, so we’ve brought in Varun Karan as a capable replacement. He has good experience, and I’m confident he will do his best to guide the team through the rest of the DFPL season and the IDC,” Rafiq stated. Nadi is set to face Lautoka in a repeat of the Battle of Giants final tomorrow at 7pm at Prince Charles Park.
