Navua, the finalist of the Inter District Championship, has secured its place in the upcoming Pacific Community Cup. This marks the first participation for the team, coached by Saiyad Ali, in a tournament that showcases the top four districts in Fiji each year.

Navua will compete alongside Labasa, the winners of the IDC, Rewa, the National League champions, as well as Lautoka, who have claimed victories in both the Fiji FACT and BOG tournaments. Lautoka garnered 13 points through its achievements in the Fiji FACT, BOG, and a third-place finish in the DFPL, while Labasa accumulated 11 points, finishing second in the DFPL, reaching the Fiji FACT semi-finals, and claiming the FMF IDC title for 2024.

Rewa qualified with nine points after winning the DFPL and reaching the semi-finals of both the BOG and IDC, while Navua earned its spot with eight points by making it to the finals of the Fiji FACT and FMF IDC.

In addition to the Fijian districts, the tournament will feature international teams, including the USA All-Stars, AUFFI All-Stars, NZFFI All-Stars, and Auckland All-Stars. This year’s tournament will be hosted by the Australian Fiji Football Incorporated (AUFFI) at Churchill Park in Lautoka from November 28 to 30.
