Krithneel Singh, raised in a family of accountants, chose to uphold his family’s legacy by taking an active role in Kuar Singh & Company Pte Limited, a firm established by his parents over three decades ago. The business, named after his father, operates as a limited liability company since Mr. Singh joined in 2018, having started as a sole trader in the 1990s.

Today, the firm offers a comprehensive suite of services, including accounting, bookkeeping, tax planning, loan facilitation, business advisory services, and climate change advisory. Inspired by the dedication of his parents, Mr. Singh, who is also an accountant, has made it his mission to expand the business and carry forward the family tradition.

Recently, he earned the designation of Business Advisory Service Provider (BASP) for Business Link Pacific (BLP) and Business Assistance Fiji (BAF), allowing him to provide crucial support to Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). He expressed the fulfillment he derives from leveraging his expertise to help MSMEs tackle challenges in financial management and strategy.

Mr. Singh acknowledges the pivotal role BLP and BAF have played in accelerating his business’s growth, providing tailored advice and resources that have enhanced their operations and service delivery. He appreciates the accessibility of advisory services that allow smaller businesses to thrive, recognizing BLP and BAF’s influence in fostering entrepreneurship and economic growth in Fiji.

Beyond his advisory role, Mr. Singh has also become a Climate Change Advisor for BLP and BAF, assisting MSMEs in confronting climate challenges. His recent completion of the Green Innovation Training enables him to craft tailored strategies for businesses to manage climate-related risks effectively. These strategies cover sustainability planning, energy efficiency, and resilience against environmental impacts, facilitating the connection of MSMEs with grants in the climate sector.

In addition to climate advisory, the firm offers a broad spectrum of services ranging from organizational management, finance, and marketing to legal advice, human resources, and technology support.
