The Naqarani Rugby Club has made a remarkable start to their season in the FMF Suva Rugby Union Escott Shield competition, achieving two consecutive victories. They kicked things off by defeating Draunibau with a score of 28-15, followed by a commendable win against Central Brothers, finishing with a score of 21-9.

Isimeli Radrodro, the team manager, reflected on the broader mission of the club, which aims to provide local youth with a positive outlet through sports, steering them away from negative influences.
