Nail-Biting Finishes Define This Year’s Primary School Championship!

The primary school inter-district championship this year has showcased a remarkable level of skill and talent, according to Dinamani Mudaliar, president of the Fiji Primary School Football Association. Mudaliar noted that the quality of play has seen significant improvement, resulting in thrilling finishes and tightly contested matches.

He observed that the scorelines indicate minimal margins between the teams, with most matches concluding with results such as 2-1 or ending in draws. This trend suggests a more competitive environment than in previous years.

In an interview, he mentioned that while larger teams typically dominated in earlier seasons, this year’s competition has featured unexpected draws and narrow victories, indicating a narrowing gap between the top teams and their challengers. Mudaliar encouraged fans and supporters to come out in large numbers to cheer for their teams.
