The Nadi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NCCI) has officially launched its redesigned website, which now offers updated business information for Nadi, a key tourism center in the country. NCCI president Dr. Ram Raju is encouraging members to utilize the new website, highlighting its more user-friendly features.
“The website features a ‘Business Directory’ section where all members can list their businesses for free,” Dr. Raju stated. He added that the site will also include current news, insights, photos, reports, and resolutions from previous business forums.
Dr. Raju invited responses and ideas from members as the chamber aims to enhance services. The newly revamped site was developed by Lautoka-based Bula Webs and is being created by freelance journalist Shalendra Prasad.
“We’re excited to lend our skills to NCCI’s digital evolution,” said Steven Chand, the founder of Bula Webs. He emphasized that the project not only demonstrates their ability to build modern and efficient websites but also marks a significant improvement in Fiji’s digital setup, particularly benefiting the tourism sector.
As Fiji aims to position itself as an elite tourist destination, Bula Webs is dedicated to providing the technological support needed for this advancement. “By merging local talent with international standards, Bula Webs is essential in modernizing Fiji’s tourism technology landscape,” Chand noted.
He expressed the goal of empowering the tourism industry with necessary digital tools and platforms to succeed in a more interconnected world. “From small businesses to large resorts, we’re committed to ensuring that Fiji’s stunning landscapes and renowned hospitality are complemented by remarkable online experiences,” said Mr. Chand.
