A man known to be a street dweller was discovered unresponsive at the Totogo Police Station early yesterday morning. Acting Commissioner of Police Juki Fong Chew reported that the man had requested permission to use the bathroom facilities, which was granted by the on-duty officers. Moments later, an officer who was accompanying a prisoner to the same area noticed the man lying motionless. The scene was subsequently secured for investigation by Crime Scene Investigations. The Acting Commissioner indicated that a post-mortem examination is expected to determine the cause of death. He has also pledged a thorough investigation into the incident.
