Motibhai Group, which has been in operation for over 90 years in Fiji, continues to be recognized as a leader in the local business community. At the 2024 Fiji Human Resources Institute (FHRI) Awards in Suva, Motibhai Group garnered five prestigious awards, highlighting its commitment to excellence in human resource practices, according to Sanjay Kumar, the Group Manager for People Culture, Administration, and Insurances.

Kumar stated that these accolades are a reflection of the Group’s innovative approach to employee management, development, leadership, diversity, and inclusion.
