Motibhai Group secured five awards at the 2024 Fiji Human Resources Institute (FHRI) Awards, which took place on Saturday at the Grand Pacific Hotel in Suva.

The accolades included:

1. Gold Award for HR Talent Development
2. Gold Award for HR Environment & Sustainability in Practice
3. Silver Award for HR Emerging Leader (Artika Devi – Human Resources Coordinator)
4. Bronze Award for HR Visionary Leader (Kirit Patel – Chairman & CEO of Motibhai Group of Companies, Prouds, and Burger King Fiji; Chairman of Fiji Times Limited)
5. Bronze Award for HR Transformative Leader (Sanjay Kumar – Group Manager of People Culture, Admin & Insurances)

Kiritbhai Patel, the chairman and CEO of Motibhai Group, stated that these awards reflect the company’s reputation as an employer of choice. He emphasized that the recognition signifies the comprehensive and integrated approach that characterizes Motibhai Group’s leadership in human resources, alongside its commitment to employee growth, well-being, and sustainability.

Patel pointed out that Sanjay Kumar’s Transformative Leader Award is his second recognition at the national level, following his Gold Award for HR Manager of the Year in 2023.
