Motibhai Group Shines at 2024 FHRI Awards: Five Wins for HR Excellence

Motibhai Group achieved remarkable success at the 2024 Fiji Human Resources Institute (FHRI) Awards, winning five accolades during the ceremony held last Saturday at the Grand Pacific Hotel in Suva.

The awards presented to the company include:

1. Gold Award for HR Talent Development
2. Gold Award for HR Environment & Sustainability in Practice
3. Silver Award for HR Emerging Leader (Artika Devi – Human Resources Coordinator)
4. Bronze Award for HR Visionary Leader (Kirit Patel – Chairman & CEO of Motibhai Group, Prouds, Burger King Fiji, and Chairman of Fiji Times Limited)
5. Bronze Award for HR Transformative Leader (Sanjay Kumar – Group Manager of People Culture, Admin & Insurances)

Kiritbhai Patel, the chairman and CEO of Motibhai Group, expressed that these honors reflect the company’s dedication to being an employer of choice. He commented, “These awards are not merely recognitions but showcase the comprehensive approach that defines Motibhai Group’s leadership in human resources, emphasizing our commitment to employee development, well-being, and sustainability.”

He highlighted that the award for Sanjay Kumar as Transformative Leader is his second national-level recognition, following his Gold Award for HR Manager of the Year in 2023.
