Motibhai Group achieved remarkable success at the 2024 Fiji Human Resources Institute (FHRI) Awards, winning five prestigious accolades during the event held last Saturday at the Grand Pacific Hotel in Suva.

The awards included:
1. Gold Award for HR Talent Development
2. Gold Award for HR Environment & Sustainability in Practice
3. Silver Award for HR Emerging Leader (Artika Devi – Human Resources Coordinator)
4. Bronze Award for HR Visionary Leader (Kirit Patel – Chairman & CEO of Motibhai Group of Companies, Prouds, Burger King Fiji, and Chairman of Fiji Times Limited)
5. Bronze Award for HR Transformative Leader (Sanjay Kumar – Group Manager, People Culture, Admin & Insurances)

Kiritbhai Patel, the chairman and CEO of Motibhai Group, expressed pride in the recognition, emphasizing its importance to the company’s reputation as an employer of choice. He stated, “These awards are not merely recognitions but reflect the nuanced and holistic paradigm that defines Motibhai Group’s leadership in human resources and its commitment to employee growth, well-being, and sustainability.”
