Motibhai Group won five awards at the 2024 Fiji Human Resources Institute (FHRI) Awards ceremony held last Saturday at the Grand Pacific Hotel in Suva. The accolades included the Gold Award for HR Talent Development, Gold Award for HR Environment & Sustainability in Practice, Silver Award for HR Emerging Leader awarded to Artika Devi, Bronze Award for HR Visionary Leader given to Kirit Patel, and Bronze Award for HR Transformative Leader presented to Sanjay Kumar.
Kiritbhai Patel, the chairman and CEO of Motibhai Group, expressed that these awards reflect the company’s status as an employer of choice. He stated that the recognitions highlight Motibhai Group’s leadership in human resources, focusing on employee growth, well-being, and sustainability.

He also pointed out that the Transformative Leader Award was Sanjay Kumar’s second national-level recognition, following his previous win for HR Manager of the Year in 2023.
