McDonald’s Fiji has recently reinstated M-PAiSA services across its three outlets in the Central Division, following a month-long suspension stemming from a software upgrade.

Operations manager Nazlan Jaleel emphasized that the enhancements brought by this upgrade are designed to improve the customer experience significantly. “This upgrade is all about making every visit to our restaurants smoother, faster, and more enjoyable. From streamlined ordering to quicker service and personalized touches, our goal is to ensure our guests feel right at home at their favorite family restaurant,” he stated.

Moreover, McDonald’s has introduced eight digital kiosks at its Nakasi branch, showcasing a customized digital ordering service unique to Fiji. This technology is also available at the Nadi outlet, eliminating the need for customers to physically wait in line to place their orders. The kiosks even allow customers to add additional items to their orders, providing a tailored experience.

Mr. Jaleel, who has been with McDonald’s for around two decades and assumed his role in Fiji three months ago, is passionate about improving the brand’s offerings. He aims to implement transformative changes to enhance operations, stating, “It’s about turning things around.”

In summary, the revival of M-PAiSA services and the introduction of digital kiosks illustrate a significant commitment by McDonald’s Fiji to enhance customer service and adapt to modern dining preferences. This evolution signals a promising future for the brand as it aligns with technological advancements and consumer expectations.

This positive development not only highlights McDonald’s dedication to innovation but also enhances the dining experience for customers, making it a more enjoyable outing for families and individuals alike.
