McDonald’s Fiji has recently reinstated its M-PAiSA services at three locations in the Central Division after a month-long suspension due to software upgrades. Operations manager Nazlan Jaleel shared that these upgrades incorporate state-of-the-art technology aimed at enhancing customer experience.
He stated, “This upgrade is all about making every visit to our restaurants smoother, faster, and more enjoyable. From streamlined ordering to quicker service and personalized touches, our goal is to ensure our guests feel right at home at their favorite family restaurant.”
The improvements include the introduction of eight digital kiosks at the Nakasi outlet, which also features at the Nadi location. These kiosks allow customers to place orders without the need to wait in line, adding a layer of convenience and efficiency to the dining experience. The kiosks are designed to be user-friendly, enabling patrons to customize orders, thereby enhancing the overall customer engagement.
Jaleel, who has two decades of experience with the global McDonald’s franchise and has been in his current role for three months, expressed his commitment to transforming the brand’s presence in Fiji. His leadership approach focuses on continual improvement and an elevated experience for customers.
This development shows a significant step forward for McDonald’s in Fiji as they strive to adapt to modern consumer needs by integrating technology that facilitates faster service and enhances personalization. It promises a more enjoyable dining experience for customers, which is a hopeful sign for the brand’s future in the region.
