McDonald’s Fiji Unveils Upgraded M-PAiSA Services: A Game Changer for Customers!

McDonald’s Fiji announced the reintroduction of M-PAiSA services at its three outlets in the Central Division, following a month-long suspension. This pause occurred while the company upgraded its software systems to enhance customer experience.

Operations manager Nazlan Jaleel highlighted that the upgraded systems incorporate the latest technology, focusing on making customers’ visits smoother, faster, and more enjoyable. He emphasized that the aim is to streamline the ordering process and provide quicker service, ensuring guests feel welcomed in their favorite family restaurant.

Mr. Jaleel showcased eight digital kiosks at the Nakasi outlet, marking a significant innovation for McDonald’s in Fiji. These kiosks, also available at the Nadi location, allow for a more efficient ordering process, reducing the need for customers to wait in line. They offer a personalized touch, enabling customers to customize their orders with ease.

Having worked with the global McDonald’s franchise for 20 years and recently appointed in Fiji, Mr. Jaleel is determined to turn things around and elevate the brand’s presence in the local market.
