McDonald’s in Fiji has reinstated its M-PAiSA services at three outlets in the Central Division after a month-long suspension due to an upgrade in their software systems. The update aims to enhance the customer experience at the fast-food chain.

Operations manager Nazlan Jaleel expressed enthusiasm for the improvements, stating that the upgrades are designed to make visits to McDonald’s more efficient and enjoyable. At the Nakasi outlet, McDonald’s has introduced eight digital kiosks, making it easier for customers to place orders without having to wait in line. This innovative service is also available at the Nadi outlet and allows for personalization, such as adding extra servings directly through the kiosk.
