McDonald’s Fiji has announced the relaunch of M-PAiSA services at its three outlets in the Central Division, following a month-long suspension due to upgrades in their software systems. This upgrade promises to enhance the customer experience, according to operations manager Nazlan Jaleel.
The newly upgraded systems utilize the latest technology, aimed at making every visit to McDonald’s smoother, faster, and more enjoyable. Jaleel emphasized the importance of streamlining the ordering process and ensuring quicker service with personalized touches, highlighting their commitment to providing a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
A notable addition is the installation of eight digital kiosks at the Nakasi outlet, which are also available at the Nadi location. These kiosks allow customers to place orders without having to wait in line, offering a personalized ordering experience where they can modify their selections easily.
Jaleel, who recently took on his role in Fiji after two decades with the global McDonald’s franchise, expressed ambitious plans for the brand’s future, focusing on innovation and improvement in customer service. “It’s about turning things around,” he stated, showcasing his proactive leadership approach.
In summary, McDonald’s Fiji aims to elevate its customer service experience through technological upgrades and innovative solutions, ensuring that patrons feel welcome and satisfied with their dining experience.
This positive step reflects the company’s dedication to adapting to customer needs and enhancing restaurant efficiency, showcasing a commitment to excellence that is encouraging for the future of the brand in Fiji.
