McDonald’s Fiji has announced the reinstatement of M-PAiSA services at its three locations in the Central Division, following a month-long suspension due to software system upgrades. Operations manager Nazlan Jaleel emphasized that these enhancements are designed to significantly improve the customer experience.

According to Jaleel, the upgrades focus on providing a more seamless and efficient service, ensuring that every visit to McDonald’s is enjoyable. He mentioned that efforts to refine operations include streamlined ordering processes, accelerated service times, and personalized experiences for guests, helping them feel at home in the family-friendly restaurant.

The introduction of eight digital kiosks at the Nakasi outlet exemplifies the commitment to innovation, with similar features available at the Nadi location. These kiosks allow customers to bypass physical lines and place orders at their convenience. The system enables customization, including options for additional servings, catering to individual preferences.

Having worked with the global McDonald’s franchise for two decades, Jaleel recently took on his role in Fiji and has ambitious goals for enhancing the brand’s presence in the region. His leadership approach is focused on transformation and improvement.

This upgrade signifies a positive step towards enhancing customer satisfaction in Fiji’s fast-food landscape, showcasing McDonald’s commitment to adapting to technological advancements for an elevated dining experience.

Overall, the restoration of M-PAiSA services and the introduction of digital kiosks are promising developments that aim to ensure McDonald’s customers have an enjoyable and efficient experience.
