McDonald’s Fiji has announced the reinstatement of M-PAiSA services at three of its Central Division outlets after a month-long suspension. This pause in services was due to an upgrade of the company’s software systems, which has now been successfully completed.
Nazlan Jaleel, the operations manager, stated that the updated systems feature the latest technology, significantly enhancing the customer experience. He emphasized that the goal of these improvements is to make each visit more enjoyable and efficient, allowing for smoother ordering and quicker service.
“Our aim is to ensure our guests feel at home in their favorite family restaurant,” Jaleel remarked, asserting the company’s commitment to evolving its services continually.
At the Nakasi outlet, McDonald’s is showcasing eight digital kiosks, which streamline the ordering process and minimize wait times. The kiosks, which are also available at the Nadi location, offer a personalized ordering experience, allowing customers to choose additional servings to suit their preferences.
Jaleel, who has been with the global McDonald’s franchise for two decades, took on his position in Fiji three months ago and has ambitious plans to revitalize the brand. His leadership focuses on modernization and enhancing the overall dining experience.
This upgrade of McDonald’s services can be viewed as an exciting step forward for the franchise in Fiji, indicating a commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction. With these advancements, customers can look forward to a more seamless and enjoyable dining experience at McDonald’s outlets.
