McDonald’s Fiji has reintroduced M-PAiSA services at its three outlets located in the Central Division after a month-long suspension due to software system upgrades. Operations manager Nazlan Jaleel explained that these upgrades utilize the latest technology to enhance customer experiences.
“The aim of this upgrade is to create a smoother, faster, and more enjoyable visit for our customers. From more efficient ordering processes to expedited service with personalized touches, we want our guests to feel at home in their favorite family restaurant,” Jaleel stated.
This revitalization is evident at the Nakasi outlet, which features eight digital kiosks designed to streamline ordering. Similar technology is employed at the Nadi outlet, helping to reduce wait times for customers. The kiosks allow patrons to customize their orders, making the dining experience more convenient and tailored to individual preferences.
Jaleel, who brings two decades of experience with the global McDonald’s franchise and has been in his Fiji role for three months, shared his vision for the brand. “It’s all about turning things around,” he said, highlighting his commitment to enhancing the McDonald’s experience in Fiji.
The improvements reinforce McDonald’s ongoing commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction, ensuring that residents can expect a delightful dining experience at their local outlets.
In summary, the return of M-PAiSA services along with upgraded technology and digital kiosks signifies McDonald’s commitment to enhancing customer experiences, poised to bring positive changes to the dining landscape in Fiji.
