McDonald’s Fiji has announced the reintroduction of M-PAiSA services at its three outlets in the Central Division, following a month-long suspension for software upgrades. The company improved its systems to enhance the customer experience, ensuring smoother and faster service during visits.
Operations manager Nazlan Jaleel explained that the upgrades are aimed at making every experience at McDonald’s more enjoyable. The enhancements include a more efficient ordering process and quicker service, allowing customers to feel at home in their favorite fast-food restaurant.
The restaurants have already implemented eight digital kiosks at the Nakasi outlet, which are also available at the Nadi location. These kiosks streamline the ordering process, enabling customers to bypass long lines and customize their orders effortlessly.
Jaleel, who has two decades of experience with McDonald’s and recently took on his role in Fiji, is focused on transforming the brand’s operations and elevating customer satisfaction.
In summary, the upgrades to McDonald’s in Fiji reflect a commitment to modernizing customer experiences and improving service efficiency, promising a more enjoyable visit for all customers.
This positive change highlights McDonald’s dedication to adapting to the needs of its customers and embracing technology to improve service.
