Students from over 10 primary and secondary schools nationwide gathered in Suva yesterday to participate in the 2024 Fiji Mathematics Association (FMA) Nationals Finals. FMA president Vinod Sharan announced that this annual event aims to showcase the brightest mathematical talents in Fiji, with a record of at least 90 teams competing this year. “This competition tests knowledge, speed, and accuracy among the students,” he stated. The national finals were organized by the FMA and received support from the Ministry of Education.
