Math enthusiasts from over 10 primary and secondary schools across Fiji gathered in Suva yesterday for the 2024 Fiji Mathematics Association (FMA) Nationals Finals. FMA president Vinod Sharan announced that this annual event, which showcases the best mathematical talent in the country, featured at least 90 competing teams this year. “This competition tests knowledge, speed, and accuracy in the students,” he stated. The national finals were organized by the FMA with support from the Ministry of Education.
