Math enthusiasts from over 10 primary and secondary schools nationwide gathered in Suva yesterday for the 2024 Fiji Mathematics Association (FMA) Nationals Finals. According to FMA president Vinod Sharan, this annual event showcases the top mathematical talent in Fiji, with approximately 90 teams participating this year. “This competition tests students’ knowledge, speed, and accuracy,” Sharan stated. The national finals were organized by the FMA with support from the Ministry of Education.
