LICI FIJI App Upgrade: Say Goodbye to Passwords!

The Life Insurance Corporation of India (LICI) has upgraded the login process for its mobile app, “LICI FIJI,” to improve user experience. The new system removes the necessity for usernames and passwords, allowing users to log in using just their email ID and a One Time Password (OTP).

Pradeep Shenoy, the general manager of LICI Fiji, highlighted the enhancements during the company’s 68th anniversary celebration at their Suva headquarters. He stated that the app’s login process has been made considerably simpler and more user-friendly.

Through the app, customers can access a wealth of information regarding their policies. This includes details such as policy start date, plan term, sum assured, premium amount, premium payment status, outstanding dues, loan information, nomination details, survival benefit date, and maturity claims.

The app also offers a feature to generate quotes for LICI’s 13 different plans, along with thorough descriptions of each plan’s features.

Additionally, Mr. Shenoy announced that LICI has completed the digitization of 70,000 physical files, totaling more than 3.5 million pages. This initiative aims to eliminate past service inefficiencies, allowing customers to access and manage their information without relying on physical documentation.

These efforts to simplify app access and digitize records highlight LICI’s dedication to enhancing customer service and operational efficiency in the digital landscape, coinciding with their anniversary celebrations this month.
