The first case of coronavirus has been confirmed by a nurse at the Lautoka hospital earlier today. It appear to be from a flight attendant.
Parents had rushed in to get their children early from school today pending the confirmation of the virus.
Lautoka city is expected to be shutdown 4pm Fiji time. There also will be no bus services.
