Plans are underway for a large celebration in Labasa to honor the local soccer team’s victory. Raiyaz Khan, president of Labasa Football, announced that they are seeking approval for a permit to hold the event, which is expected to occur in the town center.
“We want everyone to join in and celebrate this win,” Khan expressed. Organizers are working diligently to prepare the festivities, which are set for this Saturday.
“It’s essential to recognize the fans and the community’s support throughout the tournament. This celebration is for everyone who has stood by us,” he added.
