Tour Managers has unveiled Kimaya, a new brand that reflects the company’s dedication to providing personalized travel experiences. This rebranding coincided with the grand opening of the renovated Yatule Resort and Spa in Natadola, Sigatoka, which took place last week.
The refurbishment project, which cost $5 million, included the introduction of new staff uniforms. Damend Gounder, the Managing Director of Tour Managers Fiji Group and Yatule Resort and Spa, stated that the Kimaya brand represents years of commitment and passion, reinforcing the company’s dedication to excellence.
“Tonight, we are making a significant leap that symbolizes not only the growth of our company but also the evolution of our brand and vision,” he remarked. Gounder emphasized that the goal has always been to create memorable experiences for guests while benefiting shareholders and stakeholders.
The name Kimaya is derived from Gounder’s four-year-old granddaughter, highlighting the brand’s personal significance. “Kimaya is more than just a brand; it embodies a promise to our guests, partners, and community. It’s about embracing emotions and curating experiences.”
Under the Kimaya brand, Tour Managers aims to prioritize innovation, environmental sustainability, corporate social responsibility, and fostering meaningful connections. Gounder explained that the new brand is inspired by the experiences of the company’s shareholders and staff, reflecting Tour Managers’ aspirations, values, and unwavering commitment to quality.
