The USA Island Boys have achieved two consecutive victories in the Rams Group of Companies 10th Sanatan World Cup held in Sydney. Coached by Gurjit Singh, the team dominated Lautoka with a 6-0 win in their opening match of the Over 40s category yesterday and followed it up with a 2-0 victory against Canberra. Former Tailevu Naitasiri midfielder Sudeshwar Ram has emerged as the team’s leading scorer in the tournament, netting five goals so far. The Island Boys are set to face Melbourne in their next match later today.
