A secondary school in Cakaudrove is currently the focus of an investigation involving several male students who are accused of sexually assaulting a fellow male student in the school’s dormitory. Senior Superintendent of Police Kemueli Baledrokadroka, the Divisional Police Commander for the Northern region, confirmed that the inquiry is underway and still in its initial phases, but did not provide additional details. He mentioned that such incidents highlight the challenges students may face when they are either unsupervised or influenced by certain factors. Acting Commissioner of Police Juki Fong Chew has been informed about the situation. The students involved, including the victim, are within the age range of 14 to 17 years.
