Minister for Employment Agni Deo Singh has shared an uplifting message ahead of the festivities, reminding everyone that Holi symbolizes the victory of good over evil. He encourages individuals to come together, let go of past grievances, and foster love and affection among one another.

Minister Singh extends his wishes for a joyful Holi to all Hindus, expressing hope that this year’s celebrations will rejuvenate friendships and enhance relationships within the community. Adding to the excitement, the FMF Mirchi FM and Radio Fiji Two Non-Stop Holi Masti event is set to take place this Saturday from 3 pm to 8 pm at the Damodar City Carpark in Suva, providing a vibrant venue for communal enjoyment.

This year’s celebrations echo sentiments shared by Minister for Women, Children, and Social Protection, Sashi Kiran, during her event in Lautoka, where she highlighted the importance of forgiveness and unity among communities. Both ministers emphasize a shared message during this festive season: the promotion of harmony and togetherness, underscoring the value of emotional healing and collective enjoyment during Holi.

As the celebrations draw near, their messages resonate with hope for a united community. This Holi, may the spirit of forgiveness inspire everyone to engage not just in joyful festivities but also in fostering peace and understanding in their everyday interactions, creating a more vibrant and harmonious society.
