Hibiscus Festival Unveils Historic Music Album and All-Female Band Debut

The 68th Miss Hibiscus Festival is set to celebrate a significant milestone with the release of its inaugural music album, commemorating the festival’s rich legacy. Titled “Adi Senitoa,” the album is produced by acclaimed local artist Apakuki Nalawa and will feature six dynamic tracks showcasing the exceptional talent from various Resonance artists.

In a blend of tradition and modernity, the album will revisit cherished classics, revitalized by emerging artists, alongside original compositions that embody the festival’s spirit.

Notably, this year’s festival will also highlight the debut of the pioneering all-female band, marking a progressive step in the festival’s evolution and promoting women’s empowerment in the arts.

All songs from “Adi Senitoa” will be performed live during the eight-day festival, promising a memorable experience that intertwines the festival’s heritage with contemporary influences in a vibrant celebration of music, culture, and the lasting impact of Miss Hibiscus.
