The Ministry of Health and Medical Services has stated that it will respect the wishes of individuals diagnosed with medical conditions who wish to attend a three-day Healing and Miracles Crusade at the Vodafone Arena, starting tomorrow.
In a recent statement, the Ministry acknowledged the event’s faith-based nature and affirmed the right of all individuals in Fiji to practice their faith freely.
Nonetheless, the Ministry strongly advises those receiving treatment for medical conditions to continue their prescribed medications to fully benefit from their therapies. It also cautions against discontinuing any prescribed treatment without consulting a medical professional first.
Individuals uncertain about whether to continue or stop their prescribed treatments are urged to reach out to their healthcare providers, family doctors, or nearby health facilities for guidance and support.
