Healing Event Approved, But Medical Caution Urged

The Ministry of Health and Medical Services has stated that it will not hinder individuals diagnosed with medical conditions from attending a three-day Healing and Miracles Crusade at the Vodafone Arena, starting tomorrow.

In an official announcement, the Ministry recognized the event as faith-based and affirmed that all residents of Fiji have the right to practice their faith.

Nevertheless, the Ministry advises those with medical conditions who are currently under treatment to continue their prescribed therapies to ensure they derive maximum benefits.

Additionally, the Ministry strongly warns individuals on prescribed treatment against discontinuing their medications without consulting a healthcare professional first.

For those uncertain about whether to continue or pause their treatment, the Ministry encourages them to reach out to their healthcare providers, family doctors, or local health facilities for guidance and support.
