The Coalition Government is allocating $2 million in the 2024-2025 Budget for the completion of Govind Park in Ba. This funding aims to restore the venue as a hub for tournaments and gatherings, which the people of Ba have lacked for six years. Deputy Prime Minister Biman Prasad last year criticised the management of the Govind Park project, labelling it a disaster due to poor handling and management. He had emphasised the need for a thorough investigation into the project’s execution.
