Free Jacks Strengthen Front Row with Fijian Star!

The New England Free Jacks have signed Fijian Drua prop Jone Koroiduadua. The 25-year-old, hailing from Nalebaleba, Nadroga, joined the Drua in the 2022 season after spending two years with the French Top 14 club Clermont.

In a statement, the Free Jacks expressed that Koroiduadua will significantly enhance their front row as they strive to build on recent achievements and continue to thrive in Major League Rugby (MLR).

Koroiduadua is regarded as one of Fiji’s most promising talents, expected to bring exceptional power and physicality to the Free Jacks’ front row. With an impressive rugby background, he has played over 20 matches for the Fijian Drua in three seasons of Super Rugby Pacific and has earned two caps with the Flying Fijians, including a selection for the 2023 Rugby World Cup.

Weighing in at 255 pounds, Koroiduadua is known for his strength and effectiveness in physical confrontations, whether he has the ball or not, making him a valuable addition to the Free Jacks’ forward pack.
