LEADERSHIP Fiji has announced a new partnership with Merchant Finance Pte Ltd, initiating a three-year collaboration focused on enhancing leadership development in the country. This partnership emphasizes a shared commitment to empower emerging leaders and support sustainable growth in Fiji.
Merchant Finance, a well-known financial institution in Fiji with a strong reputation for supporting community initiatives, has entered into this collaboration as a Silver Partner. This involvement further demonstrates the organization’s dedication to social responsibility, prioritizing investments in leadership training and capacity-building initiatives.
As part of the partnership, Merchant Finance will offer essential financial backing for Leadership Fiji’s key leadership development programs, networking events, and community projects. These efforts aim to equip participants with crucial skills, knowledge, and values necessary to enact positive change within their communities.

Veilawa Rereiwasaliwa, CEO of Merchant Finance and a graduate of Leadership Fiji’s 2017 program, shared his excitement about the partnership, stating, “Good businesses invest in their people, and Leadership Fiji is the best leadership development provider in the country. We are proud to support them.”
