The Fiji Meteorological Service highlighted that water levels have risen in various locations, including Ba, the Nasivi River in Tavua, Nakauvadra, Rakiraki, and parts of Vanua Levu.
The region is currently experiencing an active trough of low pressure, which is contributing to strong winds. The Met Service has indicated that northwesterly winds are expected to range between 20 to 30 knots, with occasional gusts reaching up to 35 knots.
