Suva Lawyer and Electoral Commissioner Chairperson Barbara Malimali has been appointed as the new Commissioner of the Fiji Independent Commission Against Corruption (FICAC). FICAC has confirmed this appointment. Additionally, a search warrant was executed against Malimali, leading to a search at the Electoral Commission’s Office in Suva.
